Hosting and server logs

This website is hosted by Vercel Inc., 340 S Lemon Ave #4133, Walnut, CA 91789, USA. When you open the page, Vercel processes technically necessary connection data in log files: IP address, date and time of access, the address requested, volume of data transferred, referrer, and browser and operating system identifiers.

The legal basis is Article 6(1)(f) GDPR. Our legitimate interest lies in the secure and uninterrupted operation of the website. This data is not combined with other sources.

The processing involves a transfer to the USA. Vercel is certified under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework; standard contractual clauses under Article 46(2)(c) GDPR are additionally in place. A data processing agreement under Article 28 GDPR has been concluded.

Fonts

The fonts used are downloaded when the website is built and served from our own server. Opening the page creates no connection to Google servers, and no data is transmitted to Google.

Cookies and storage on your device

We currently set no cookies that are not required for operation. If you save a choice through the cookie settings, that choice is stored locally in your browser only, so that we can respect it on future visits. This storage is strictly necessary for the service you explicitly requested and therefore does not require consent under Section 25(2) no. 2 TDDDG.

Should we introduce analytics or marketing services in future, they will load only after your consent through the cookie settings, and this policy will be updated beforehand.

Contact form

The form on this site is still in preparation: your entries are currently not transmitted, not stored and not processed further. They do not leave your browser.

You have the right at any time to obtain information about the data we process about you (Article 15 GDPR), to rectification (Article 16), to erasure (Article 17), to restriction of processing (Article 18), to data portability (Article 20) and to object to processing based on legitimate interests (Article 21).

You may withdraw consent at any time. Withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out up to that point.

You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority. The competent authority is the one for your place of residence or for our registered office.
